We're back & everyone's doing well!! A total of 35 people were on the team that traveled to Highgate Jamaica for a week and built 2 houses and had a Vacation Bible School for 110 children. Our team included 5 TUMY members and myself as well as Pastor Eric. Youth & adults from 5 other churches in the area were also an integral part of this years team.
The work was hot & hard but we were truly "blessed to be a blessing" to the people of Highgate & Carron Hall. Both communities are in the St. Mary parish, the poorest of the 14 parishes on the island nation of Jamaica. We lived & worked in the mountains of Jamaica from July 22 until July 29. The island is truly beautiful, the people even more so!!
Truly the God we worship in Kentucky is the God of the Jamaican people and the God of the world!! If more people in the world were as open & joyous about knowing our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, what a wonderful world we could live in!!
Looking forward to our next opportunity to serve the Lord here at home & in Jamaica!!

Hello everyone! First I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit the website for the Trinity United Methodist Youth, or TUMY. I hope that by looking through this website you will get a better idea of what TUMY is all about. I also encourage all of you who live near Trinity (Winchester, Kentucky) to come and join us on Sundays and Wednesday nights for youth meetings. Although our youth group isn’t very large in the number of people who attend, we all share a large connection to each other. I’m sure you can see that by reading some comments, and viewing some pictures which have been posted for you by the youth members. I also would like to encourage you to view the different sections of the site, which includes an opening page that tells a little more about the youth, a calendar which provides the dates for upcoming events, a photo album, a guest book, (which everyone should sign!) and a forum which gives an opportunity to discuss topics of today with teens and shares the opinions and view points of others. Once again thank you for viewing the TUMY site, I hope you enjoy it!
With love to you all~ Halee Campbell

Howdy folks! Welcome to the official site of the Trinity United Methodist Youth or also known as TUMY. Thanks for stopping by! While you're here, sign our guest book and check out the awesome forum where youth alike can post or comment on some current, or not so current, topics.
Although we are a small group in number, we have huge hearts and are more than happy to have visitors and guests stop in. Our hearts, our minds, and our doors are always open to your suggestions, comments, and concerns. Also feel free to view our pictures, links, news and whatever else catches your eyes.
So if you ever happen to be in Winchester Kentucky on a Sunday or Wednesday evening, and are searching for a small Youth Group with big hearts and a buch of cool people who know how to have some fun and praise God, stop in.
Remember, God loves you no matter your color, size, or what clothes you wear. He made you to His liking and to Him, you are one of a kind. You can't do everything by yourself, so let God help you in all your times of need and remember to thank Him in your times of triumph. I hope to see you someday soon at TUMY, where our hearts, our minds and our doors are open for you.
